Located in Canadian Lakes, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Chalet is perfect for your family, a boys golf trip or a weekend for the girls.

From your first step into our home you will be welcomed by the warmth of a not-so-traditional-chalet. Spend hours beating your favorite arcade game, take a dip in the hot tub, or enjoy a classic movie on the 120″ projector screen. 

There are two bedrooms on the main level with a Queen bed in each. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen. Around the corner is the living room where we provide a fire’s worth of wood, to help you enjoy those cold nights. In the dining room is a ‘Welcome Booklet’ that will provide all of the information needed about the chalet. You may also find some treats on the table to enjoy along with a charging station for your devices. The dining room table has seating for 8, with 4 more available to sit at the bar.

In the middle of the house is a fully stocked kitchen which includes a coffee bar. Take your coffee out to the front porch and relax in one of our several rocking chairs.

Take a step up to the second level and you will enter the primary Loft. There are two Queen-sized beds in this room, perfect for two couples. You will find an additional full bathroom with a shower stall. All of our bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner. Off to the side is a desk and chair, incase you need to shoot off some emails between hands of cards.

All of the rooms have a Roku TV, a personal fan (incase you are a hot sleeper) as well as luggage racks for your bags.

In the basement you will step into the game room, where you will find 6 different arcade games ranging from Pac-Man to Golden Tee. Around the corner is a 120” projector screen where you can watch your favorite movies on stadium seating. Adjacent to the theater is a gym with a weight bench and free weights. We have also added a pool table for your enjoyment.

Through the arcade is an additional bedroom with two Queen-sized beds. The laundry room is attached to this bedroom with two sets of Whirlpool washers and dryers that are free for your use. You will find free-and-clear detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets on the stainless steel tables.

On the deck is a propane BBQ grill. In the sideyard you can enjoy a bonfire at the fire ring with ample seating for your group.

Below the deck is a 6-person hot tub, which comes with pool towels for your use.

Throughout the house we have installed baby gates on the stairs and have a highchair and travel Pack ‘n Play available. Please keep a watchful eye on little ones up in the loft and near the stairs.

The garage and storage rooms in the basement are not accessible to guests.

There is plenty of parking available in the driveway, accommodating up to 5 vehicles.

All exterior doors are equipped with electronic locks with personalized door codes.

The roads are hilly, we recommend a 4WD vehicle in winter months, snow can make the neighborhood difficult to navigate.
